Enable choosing production version on scheduler instead of always using the same version

When creating a new scheduler, we need to pick a version of the script.

When this script is updated, there is no way to change the version of the script used by the scheduler.

It would help a lot if we could pick a version or the production version, as it happens on the launcher, so the scheduler would be automatically updated any time a new production version of that script is released.

    Following the Project and Bot concepts introduced in 23.0.0 release, we plan to build new features around bots and scheduling is one of the next items in our planning. The scheduler experience will be new and the current experience for scripts will be deprecated.
    The Product team considers this idea as
    not under consideration since we're working on a new experience to manage scripts and bots.
