Since 21.x versions, we have implemented several improvements to remediate stuck instances, which was mainly because the client didn't have enough retries to upload statuses. I talked to our Engineering team and we ask you to open a new case with new logs of 23.x version, so they can assess the issue again.
Yes and I opened a case for that (TS011548263) back in Dec-2022, and the person who processed the case (William.Ramos@ibm.com), he just provided a SQL query to workaround the issue, and said that the solution would be this AHA idea to be raised so the product team can work on it. Can you confirm if this will be handled?
The admin response was wrong, we apologize. This is a defect and should be handled with IBM Support.
Team, can you advise which version exactly this should be fixed? Cause we are using version 23.0.7 and still appear new sessions with stuck status.
I'm asking because the link provided on last comment drives us to the latest version on the release notes page, which today is 23.0.9, but ot the time of the comment was 23.0.6
Please clarify
