When Publishing a script a message is generated: "Name already exist" Merged

Users face issues when publishing a script that already exist in the tenant with same name, with message "Name Already Exist". Today we can workaround this, first downloading the script from Repository, doing the changes/developments on it code, than when trying to publish it back to tenant, issue do not appear (even if has same name). We need fix if that message do not require us to do this workaround, but instead, could give us possibility to overwrite the script that is on the tenant with the same name. 

Example: Assuming that the last published version is 6, this new one would be published as 7, and then we show a warning saying "the script you want to publish as v7 has not been identified, are you sure?"

    The ability to integrate with 3rd party source code management tools to track source code files (such as .wal scripts) is planned for the future. This will improve the development experience by separating source code (wal scripts) from deployment (bots).
