Remove Timeout of connection to server using On-Premise Version

When using the On-Premise version of IBM RPA, we have a limitation where every 2 hours, the system disconnect from the server, and the process returns errors during the execution of any script. We do not have any pop-up to inform us that the Studio will be disconnected.

We need to remove this timeout, because it is impacting the development.

    Hi Lucas, can you provide more details on the issue?
    Are you talking about Studio or Runtime (running bots outside of Studio)?
    Which system disconnects from which server? Are you saying that every 2 hours your Studio session is disconnected? Or are you saying your Windows session is disconnected?
