I want IBM to proactively notify me of any behavior impacting situations in their SaaS environment using in tool notifications and email notifications using My Notification settings Merged

Often, when a problem impacts my IBM RPA as a service environment, I don’t know about it until I see the behavior in my production runtime. This could be any of a number of server-side problem, from database load issues, to failures in endpoints, to full outages.​ Sometimes I open a case and am told that IBM was already aware of the problem, others IBM seems completely unaware that my production SaaS environment is unavailable. This results in slow time to resolution for my own end users, as well as loss of confidence from my team and users in IBM’s infrastructure capabilities. I would like for IBM to improve monitoring strategies for the API calls and resources in general, including failure rate and response time analysis for specific endpoints as well as to implement a strategy to alert and map possible issues based on thresholds (failure rate > X%, response time > Y%). Based on this data, they should let me know using client tool notifications as well as the IBM My Notifications settings I have configured, and improve support communications based on alarms and critical outages to make sure those teams are already aware of potential problems when I first report them.
