It is not uncommon for scheduled bots to just not run. At times when it fails to run, no job will be created, and there is no indication that the scheduled job has failed since it just never ran. It could potentially be days before anyone realizes the scheduled bot just hasn't been running since there are no failed job alerts being sent.
IBM RPA has a way to monitor failed jobs, so please make sure that jobs that fail to run still have a failed job created so we may know something has gone wrong.
This is commonplace from all competitors, and is a basic feature needed for all industries.

Following the Project and Bot concepts introduced in 23.0.0 release, we plan to build new features around bots and scheduling is one of the next items in our planning. The scheduler experience will be new and the current experience for scripts will be deprecated. The new bot scheduler will address several issues faced with the current script scheduler, including the one mentioned in this idea.
The Product team considers this idea as not under consideration since we're working on a new experience to manage scripts and bots.
