Allow deleting credentials even if they are on inactive schedules

I opened a support case with this issue number TS008442792 and they were instructed to open a new idea here.

The problem is that Control Center RPA does not delete credentials EVEN WHEN IT IS ONLY ON INACTIVE SCHEDULES.

If the credential is on an INACTIVE schedule, it is no longer possible to delete it.

And if it were the case to also delete the credentials of the inactive schedules to delete them, it is not possible. Because there is no way to remove the credential from an appointment.

    Hi Otávio,

Thank you for opening an enhancement ticket with IBM RPA with Automation Anywhere. May I further clarify with you with more information to help review this request? Thank you.

    1. Can I confirm that you are opening this enhancement ticket against IBM RPA or IBM RPA with Automation Anywhere? I may not be seeing the same UI as the attached screenshot on IBM RPA with Automation Anywhere control room.

    2. Please let me know which version of IBM RPA with Automation Anywhere you are using.

    Sincerely,

    Jean
