ODM 8.12.0.1 - Detailed System Requirements must indicate that it supports Liberty 23.0.0.3 and future fix packs as it does in 8.12.0.0

IBM Operational Decision Manager 8.12.0.1 - Detailed System Requirements must indicate that it supports Liberty v23.0.0.3 and future fix packs as it does in 8.12.0.0.

https://www.ibm.com/software/reports/compatibility/clarity-reports/report/html/softwareReqsForProduct?deliverableId=F5FD3DAA3B4B47118CF559B92FDDC72B&osPlatforms=AIX|Linux|Mac%20OS|Windows|z/OS&duComponentIds=D002|S005|S003|C006&mandatoryCapIds=30|1|13|25|26&optionalCapIds=341|47|9

Rationale:

Customer installs 8.12.0.0 base version which comes bundled with Liberty v23.0.0.3. The ODM Liberty server instance gets  created and configured via server.xml based on 23.0.0.3.

The customer then upgrades to 8.12.0.1 fix pack to apply the latest ifixes, but the Liberty version is not upgraded and not required to for most customers.

However, the ODM 8.12.0.1 - Detailed System Requirements (maintenance level) states that Liberty v23.0.0.9 minimum is required.

THIS IS NOT CORRECT. If certain restrictions are needed for v23.0.0.9 , it must state that in the Notes or Details section.

Discussed with Alain who agreed this it is currently not correct and suggested that ODM Product Management be responsible for this change.

The public requirement page for ODM 8.12.0.1 has been fixed. ODM 8.12.0.1 also supports Liberty 23.0.0.3
