Hello,
IBM Support and ODM teams are looking at this issue in RES Console UI as a possible defect. In that case, we would consider a fix for ODM 8.11.1.
We will keep you updated.
Hello,
through the Decision Warehouse (DW) REST API (see getDecisionTraces), you can retrieve traces with the maximum number of results to be included in the response, and the offset where to start including results from.
But I understand that your Idea is about the DW UI.
The direction for ODM is to invest on sending trace events to Kafka and Business Automation Insights, through the event emitter in the runtime.
We will consider your Idea during the second half of 2024, but a backport to ODM 8.11 is unlikely.
This RFE needs to be tagged as urgent per Nathan Marr from USAA.
Customer emailed and provided this update, making this feature more urgent:
In our new 8.11 RES we turned on DW and currently have around 1 million results in the DB. If I don’t limit the results by date it crashes our Console pod in Production and also impacts our Runtime Pods as well. Currently we can NOT turn on the DW because till we have a way to prevent this from happening by anyone with Monitor access. Really hoping we can get some help because we have very large project that is dependent on DW being on which goes live in July 2024.
