Improve usability of RES REST API method /deleteDecisionTraces (with optional selection filters)

RES Console REST API  method  /deleteDecisionTraces  (with optional selection filters) only accepts start and end date filter as an epoch time stamp in milliseconds.

and requires customer to use an external utility/web site such as https://www.epochconverter.com to convert the correct date format  in epoch time stamp in milliseconds

or will result in the error   response:  xxxxx  is not a valid date.

whereas the RES Console - DW,  Clear Decisions feature takes standard start and end date  formats.

This is confusing and unusable for the end customer.

See attached image RES-Console_REST-API.png.

Suggested Enhancement:

The REST API  method  /deleteDecisionTraces  should allow the input date filter to use the  same options as the date parameter that is used for  the returned response

date: The "date" URI query parameter, which is an optional parameter. Clients can use it to specify the date format to be used in the returned representation.

iso8601:  Default value. Displays each date according to an ISO-8601-compliant notation. The output is similar to: "1970-01-01T00:00:00.000+0000".

long:   Disables the use of the ISO-8601-compliant notation and returns the number of milliseconds since January 1, 1970, 00:00:00 GMT for each date.

This option will provide a more consistent interface across the web components and API which is often used together in order to develop the correct REST API call

as well as eliminating the need to use an external utility/web site  https://www.epochconverter.com  to convert the correct date format  in epoch time stamp in milliseconds .

Customer is on v8.10.5.1
