We want to be able to choose format for dates in exporting decision table to Excel.

in IBM ODM Decision Center 9.5, whenever we export a decision table to XLSX, dates are written in the format M/D/Y H:MM:SS AM/PM. Is there a possibility to change the format to Y-M-D HH:MM:SS. Example: Instead of 08/31/2025 03:00:00 PM, we would like to have an export format of 2025-08-31 15:00:00 in Excel.

After investigation, persistant locale maybe a possibility but this is not something we're willing to do at this point even if it works.

The excel format should support the date format display, that has been defined in the decision table column format definition section.
    Example:
    <Data Name="Definitions(C1)[]#Format"><![CDATA[{0,date,yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss}]]></Data>

This date format is supported for displaying in the Business Console or Rule Designer.
