Ability to update a tag property of a business business rule using the query actions

No provision of updating tag names or values for a given business rule using action rules undermines the usage of tags in general. The only way to update the values currently is one-by-one as part of editing each business rule properties. This is cumbersome when there are 3K+ business rules involved and their have a few tags. No provision to bulk update the tags to align the tag names and values makes managing the tags inefficient. 

Through to 9.0.0.1 IF16 and any past versions, there has been an ability to query the tag name/values ( set the tag <a string> of <a rule artefact>  contains <a string>)  but NO ability to set them.   Such an ability will fill an obvious gap in the query feature and improve the usability of the tags.
