Rule Model Extension Properties no longer show asterisks for mandatory properties

Business console in ver 9.x no longer showing mandatory attributes when authoring business rules. This issue relates to properties that have required=”true” as their attribute. The mandatory attributes were clearly displayed in the old enterprise console but not in business console ODM 9.0. In the old enterprise console both mandatory (required = true) as well as of enum types were displayed with asterisks as one would expect. This is no longer true for business console.

    Feedback from the ODM team is that we need to treat this as a defect. I'll work with the team to make the fix available in the coming weeks.

    This is unfortunately yet an example of poorly UX design on business console and a feature from EC that has been redacted in business console without any documentation what soever.
