Decision Center features REST APIs to create groups/users.
In addition, the ODM team has delivered the following contribution:
Set up a Microsoft Entra ID application using a client secret, https://github.com/DecisionsDev/odm-docker-kubernetes/blob/master/authentication/AzureAD/README_WITH_CLIENT_SECRET.md
The following script https://github.com/DecisionsDev/odm-docker-kubernetes/blob/master/authentication/AzureAD/generate-user-group-mgt.sh is injected in a Decision Center sidecar container and regularly called to manage the synchronization between EntraID and Decision Center users/groups. It uses the group-security-configurations.xml file and the DC rest-api endpoint https://github.com/DecisionsDev/odm-docker-kubernetes/blob/master/authentication/AzureAD/generate-user-group-mgt.sh#L161, but it could also use the REST API for managing groups and users.
