Missing schema definition for Decision Table ('definition' property) parsing in the DC REST API output

We have a solution requirement to extract certain "content" (names and address) used the business rules to feed the downstream stream systems. These business rules are authored by business users.

We use the DC REST API's to retrieve the rule definition (body) for both action rule and decision table. For action rules the definition property is in plain text format and straight forward to extract content. The decision table definition are rendered in XML format.

From our understanding there is currently no schema definition published or documentation that we could find on parsing the decision table definition XML. This is a challenge as we have no concrete and reliable way to validate and parse and the decision table definitions to extract our content from the definition.

Customer requires:

Documentation and most specifically the schema definition (xsd), so they can reliably parse the decision table definition?

Steps to reproduce:

1. In your mini-loan rule project in business console create a "test" decision table.

2. Invoke the REST API to retrieve the rule definitions, along with content.

3. Find the definition property for the “test" decision table.

4. Inspect the XML after removing any escape chars

Expected Outcome :

1. Publish schema definition for DT definition parsing (either as product documentation or include within product binaries itself)
