Visible indicator that Rule Documentation has been set

When browsing to a rule in Decision Center, the Documentation section is not visible. It is hidden behind a click on the Details button.. Nothing draws the attention of the rule writer to the fact that there actually is some relevant snippet of documentation that can help explain the rule, or give explanation about the rule.

Add a UI indicator when the Documentation field is not empty. This could be as simple as making the Details icon bold or an indication in the Rule editor that the Documentation is set and user should click on Details to get to it..

    There is a way to add the "Description" field in the grid view of rule artifacts, so that it's easy to identify rules that have such a description. Each user can update the grid columns in its profile, and default columns can also be set by the admin in the Business Console settings view.
