Accessing ruleApp / ruleset property values from within java XOM

When defining a RuleApp deployment for a Decision Service in either Decision Center or Rule Designer, we can define 'RuleApp Properties' key-value pairs. However, there does not appear to be a way to use the documented public API to access the properties programmatically from within a XOM class, or B2XA/ARL, for a Decision Engine-based service. Can you please advise how we can access RuleApp property values from within a Java XOM class, or within B2XA/ARL?

    @jatin What would be the usage of the AEH property, are you looking to set the exception handler dynamically?   
    The AEH property will not be available through this mechanism, the handler class must be know at compilation time.

    Another example of this issue relates to AEH property. This is "Automatic Error Hander" ruleset property that is not available in the dsar.

    I updated the title to reflect that there are not only ruleApp properties, but also ruleset properties. Both can be defined within a deployment configuration.

    Today, these properties are stored inside the ruleApp file: /META-INF/archive.xml. None of these properties are actually added inside the generated ruleset archive (.dsar).

    Adding ruleset properties inside the generated ruleset archive so that they could be accessed at runtime would be more natural than adding the ruleApp properties, knowing that a ruleApp can contain one or many rulesets.
