Remove the case-sensitivity check when an instance is launched in PFS Process Portal

As worked on case TS013115945, when a user is updated in LDAP from lower to uppercase of vice-versa, PFS and BAW does not update the user as expected since it checks the full path with no case-sensitivity… if it matches the exact same path, it’s still the same user. This causes the updated user to miss the instance assignment in Process Portal via Federated Portal. By removing the case sensitivity, it'll avoid impacting the instance/task assignment to the same user as it happens in Process Portal (you create a new instance and if configured, the new instance readily pops up for the end user to work on).
