Assign task to a user from a Team

This is a request for enhancement, In Task assignment configuration we want

1)  Assign a task to a given user 

2) Also an option to reassign it back to the group.

In BAW 21.x Standard version we have 2 options

1) Assign to user: This addresses  the first part of requirement, but not 2nd

2) Assign to Team with user assigned based on load balancer/Round robin/Last user: This is not helpful because we can not specify which user should get task on creation.

 

Currently we have a workaround which uses attached timer on human task to assign the task to a given user using TW api. But this is an extra work for event manager.

    Thank you for your feedback. Are you familar with the Custom option for reassignment? https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/baw/22.x?topic=process-assigning-teams-user-tasks

    Using that you can just assign back to the team without using any of the advanced load options.
