Enhancement Request for executing the acceleration api or acceleration tool of BAW in a better approach in Container Platform of GCP

Our customer is using BAW 22.0.2 in Container platform of Google Cloud.

They found that, in their live system environment (i.e. container platform), the execution of the acceleration tool (i.e. restful api) will be failed if process instance is running & updated (e.g. submit task) during the execution, IBM L3 confirmed the situation and confirmed this issue is a defect. At this moment, IBM L3 suggest pause event manager first, and then trigger the api, but this approach will cause unnecessary downtime of the BAW, and we also need to further test to verify the side effect.

(Ref to PMR TS012498281)

Short term Business Impact:
If the customer is not using pause event manager approach, acceleration tool api might failed in a live system due to the process instance updated
If the customer is using pause event manager, it will cause the system downtime.
So, no matter which approach is used, the downtime is needed if we enable acceleration table

Long term Business Impact , the acceleration tool design should be changed, or IBM should provide another approach for accelerated the search to avoid the downtime.

Delivered in BAW 24.0.0.0. Advanced searches does not depend on the BAW database but instead a data lake (ElasticSearch or OpenSearch).
