BAW backward-compatibility issue of v21.0.3 (Case Management Function) for BAW v22.0.2 container platform in Cloud

Hi BAW product team,

Our customer is performing the function test on BAW v22.0.2. They deploy the BAW on Google cloud container platform without Openshift.

When they tried to export the BAW solution package from v21.0.3 to BAW v22.0.2. They found that case management solution package cannot be run in BAW v22.0.2 Workflow server. The BAW v22.0.2 workflow server does not support the V21.0.3 solution package .

The current behavior is a violation of documented procedures for rolling upgrade server and center:

It seems that, now, the customer has to upgrade the solution package of V21.0.3 in V22.0.2 Workflow Center (Development environment) before it can be deployed to V22.0.2 Workflow Server.

The customer is strongly requesting the product team to solve this backward-compatibility issue.

The customer has escalated this serious issue to their senior management.

So, it would be grateful if the product team can states the roadmap and timeline to solve this problem.
