Please remove swim lane from service flow

For some reason there is a swim lane in service flow. There is no way to add another swim lane or to remove existing one.

However, that unnecessary swim lane causes the limitation on activity placement. Sometimes I need to expand swim lane in order to add the activity.

Hi Dave, thank you for the information, but I already knew that. That's what I meant when I wrote: "Sometimes I need to expand swim lane in order to add the activity.".

If you compare working on a diagram in Client Side Human Service or even in Heritage Human Service than you'll quicky see that you don't have to bother with the swim lanes, but when you're working on a diagram in Service Flow then you do.

It makes sense for the Process library item because each swim lane represents a role, but it makes no sense to have swim lane in Service Flow.

Am I mistaken? Does the swim lane in Service Flow have a purpose?

The system lane in the service flow can be made taller by grabbing the size icon at the bottom left corner of the lane and dragging. That sizing will be retained for that service flow. Does that address your issue?
