Case Builder to delete solution properties from runtime configuration
Currently when a solution designer deletes a solution property in Case Builder, the property is only deleted from the solution definition. The property stays available in the runtime data. This behavior is not intuitive for developers and business analysts. The purpose of this behavior is to protect runtime business data. However, this is not an ideal behavior for development environments, where Case Builder is deployed.
In development environments, the productivity of the developer and the flexibility of developer tools, such as Case Builder, is a more critical goal than protecting data. Most developer environments do not have business data that has to be protected. Therefore, Case Builder should provide an option to delete a solution property from runtime data as well with a warning about the loss of business data in the property field.
