Update BAW swidtags with each version release

IBM only updates the SWIDTAG version for certain major versions which makes software discovery for vendors such as BigFix impossible to be able to report accurately on currently installed software. Discovery issues within BAW could be fixed with proper ISO tag to be in place for future releases. Most IBM software can process ISO 19770-2 delta/patch tags which software producers should be providing, not just Base tags. Only when the SWIDTAG matches the version of software installed does the software discovery report correctly, but as soon as BAW is upgraded we have discovery issues and this creates unnecessary confusion (multiplied in a large enterprise environment).

    There are some history reason when some major versions are not re-based (from build level), so the swidtag is not updated.

    Starting 2H release, BAW will update the swidtag version for all major releases (e.g. future 22.0.2, 23.0.1 etc.).

    Customer just opened a new case, TS010236076, inquiring when this will be considered for implementation. Can someone provide an update please?
