The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notifications on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas that cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

We are currently using CP4BA on container, our case activities are BPM Based process/workflow. We need to notify the business users that they've tasks to process. In the current version using Navigator/case client UI, the users are only notified for newly created tasks, in case of reassign, there's no notification to the user that received the reassignment. It's not consistent user experience because for the user who "receive" the reassignment, it's a new task to do. We would like to have a consistent notification behaviour meaning that both new task and existing reassigned tasks are notified
Why is it useful?
With the current behaviour, there's no warranty that a user know that he has something to do because he'll not be notified in case of reassignment. It's required to be sure that anycase, a user is notified that he need to process a task
