Multiple business logs in BAWoC

ONS now have several BAW projects running in parallel in BAWoC. However, the only log file that can be used for debugging purposes is the underlying WAS stdout log, exposed via the System Operations Live Log Viewer in the BAWoC / DBA console..

This log should really be kept for technical server issues, however as it is the only logging source available in the Cloud offering, it gets regularly used by pretty much all clients. BAWoC needs to provide a dedicated Process Applications logging capability, ideally providing a separate business log per Process application.
