Improve BPM Generated Process documentation to include CSHS and other services

Our aim is to create a support guide for our application that is generated directly from the application configuration data, code and documentation fields. Its important that the support guide is created direct from source as we need it the guide to be easy to keep up to date. We want the user of the guide to be able to drill-down through to the details and for the whole scope of the application to be covered. That way the user of the guide can get a top-down view of the application. We thought we had found a good solution to this in the Process App docs functionality but the missing Client side human services means that we don't have the full scope of the application functionality included. We had planned to use the tool (IBM BPM process center documentation) directly in process center rather than generating a report because the drill down functionality is better in process center.

There were some further (but a bit less critical) issues we found with this tool (lets call the issue above issue 1);

2) The tool shows the information from documentation fields for services but not for tasks or activities.

3) In the tool it is not possible to drill-down and view the details of Scripts or Coaches or Client side human services. The latter is not surprising given issue 1 above.
