Expose getCurrentProcess to the JS API, along with other related methods

Within the JS Execution Context, there are methods available to get the currently running Process, and Process Item. If these were exposed to the JS API, we would not have to resort to using unsupported/unexposed product features.

Currently, this is a way to access this information

Get the currently running process (service): Packages.com.lombardisoftware.core.script.js.JavaScriptRunner.getThreadsCurrentRunner().getJSExecutionContext().getCurrentProcess();

Get the currently running process item (step):
Packages.com.lombardisoftware.core.script.js.JavaScriptRunner.getThreadsCurrentRunner().getJSExecutionContext().getCurrentProcessItemId();

Preferably it would be

Get the currently running process (service):
tw.system.processItem (ServiceModel)

Get the currently running process item (step):
tw.system.processItemStep (Step)
