Add versioning utility to Case Manager

Our team uses IBM Case Manager for our solution - SEB Case. Through the experience working with IBM Case Manager's Case Builder we noted difficulties tracking the changes of solution especially after changes were committed. Therefore there are no possibilities to track down previous changes to possible identify things that have changed that may cause the issues later in the future.
No possibility to go back to any previous version of solution. So we have to redo the changes and import solution again as previously exported solution can't be deployed. We also noticed that older solution doesn't override the newest solution even the change was very slight UI update.
To sustain all the challenges working with solution we store exported solution zip to our GitHub repositories and all the case builder changes we document ourselves which add difficulties and time consuming tasks to our daily work. Overall work with Case Builder and all related tools is challenging and very sensitive that keeps us away of using it more frequently that we would like in order to avoid any possible mistakes.
