BAW REST API JSON response date-time format

I cannot specify PMR because it does not accept Case format in the RFE form, can it be fixed btw? :), the Case for this is TS003220320

All the details are in the Case in question but for this particular RFE we'd like for all BAW REST APIs to be able to configure the date/time response format.
Right now only date business objects in latest BAW 19003 have milliseconds present and in some cases when you parse JSON response with some external app it's important for all such date-time JSON fields to have a specific date-time format.
For instance, all the REST APIs for instances/tasks have a number of fields like "lastModificationtime" , "lastModified" that look like this -
"lastModified": "2018-01-10T12:51:12.000+0000"

While in the BPM database it's clearly presented in desired format that looks like -

2019-01-24-12.41.20.567000
2019-01-24-12.41.25.714000
2019-02-21-22.24.01.000000

So, ideally, there needs to be a configuration parameter in BPM config files (XML) that would allow you to configure the date-time format for JSON responses from BAW REST APIs.

Thank you!
