Thank you for your idea submission. There are a few options that you may consider:

    1. If you are using Process Federation Server 19.0.0.2, you can leverage the parameter "filterByCurrentUser" of the task list API (see https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8JB4/com.ibm.wbpm.ref.doc/rest/pfs/rest_bpm_pfs_v1_tasks_get.htm) in order to search across all indexed tasks whatever the assignments

    2. If you are using Process Federation Server with a remote Elasticsearch 6.x cluster, you can query the documented tasks document (see https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS8JB4/com.ibm.wbpm.main.doc/topics/pfs_elsearch_index.html) directly using the Elasticsearch API

    3. You can leverage the filterByCurrentUser parameter of the BPD search execution API (see https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSFPJS_8.6.0/com.ibm.wbpm.ref.doc/rest/bpmrest/rest_bpm_wle_v1_tasks_get.htm)

    4. Search by an admin user that is a member of all teams.

If none of these options work for you, please open a new idea with an explanation of the details. Closing this idea for now.
