Timeout parameter needed to prevent hung threads caused from WSDL loading

It would be helpful if a timeout parameter is in place to prevent BPM from attempting to read a wsdl file

    Thank you for your idea submission. We have made changes to integrate with WSDL, please retest this item and open a new idea should the issue remain. Closing this idea for now.

    This should be marked as HIGH priority. We have experienced outages 3 times in the last 3 months due to this issue. There is no recovery option from this issue other than to restart the server.
