Improve Team filters: dynamici recalc and manage members
Team filters currently calculate a set of members once, then store it in an ad-hoc group which is static and inaccessible to the developer.
Team filters should allow (optional) dynamic re-calculation of their members, so that changes in the user population are dynamically picked up by active instances. There is an option that support team suggests, if they really have to, but it does not work.
In addition, programmatic access should be provided to the developer so that they can manage the (contents of the) underlying ad-hoc groups that Team filters create. This would allow ad-hoc adjustments to accommodate complex scenarios that can not be anticipated.
