Nested toolkit dependency upgrade

In multi level nesting of toolkits making a change in the leaf toolkit requires an upgrade of all dependency toolkits. The process of doing this is extremely tedious for 2 reasons:
1) Each toolkit at each level needs to be opened upgraded and new snapshot needs to be created.
2) In cases where a leaf toolkit has multiple caller dependencies this effort is more as the relations have to all be mapped out to ensure this toolkit is consistently updated in all dependencies.

In our current project it would be a much appreciated feature with 2 benefits:
- gain in time as doing this manually is very much time consuming for no good reason from the developer's perpective
- gain in fiability a fix in a toolkit could be consistently deployed in all our process apps
Of course, it should still be possible to update only 1 process app with a newer version of a toolkit and keep the others with an older one: this should be an option left to the developer to choose between the 2 modes.
