Coach Views Help Text Enhancements in BAW 19.0.0.3

In BAW 19.0.0.3 there is a new feature for displaying Help Text for coach views using a question mark icon before the control. In previous versions Help text was displayed on hover of the coach views, but this is not working for some time now and the new feature is set to replace it. But adding the question mark changes the layout of a coach, that was modeled in previous versions. Due to the question mark appearing, the sizes of the controls change and in some cases that can lead to a different layout of the coach than what was originally set up, especially for complex coaches. Because the version of the coaches toolkit is not changed, a developer cannot choose whether to use the new Help Text feature or not - this happens automatically with the upgrade to 19.0.0.3. This can lead to the necessity to go through all your coaches and remove Help text or rearrange the coach views. It will be good to have the option to choose whether this feature is activated or not.

Also, the question mark icon is NOT displayed in WYSIWYG designer mode which is misleading and you have to run the coach every time to see the actual resulting layout. It should be displayed in WYSIWYG.
