The new Standard REST API should have the same functions as the heritage REST API

The new standard REST API only has a few methods available, compared to many in the heritage REST API - this is a drawback when deciding which variant to use - the heritage model clearly is the preferred one for complex integrations, but it is lacking Swagger definitions, making integration much more expensive and time consuming.
