Invalidate the CSHS URL in Process Center based on exposure and archived flags
Currently, the CSHS URLs have the following pattern: PROTOCOL://HOST:PORT/teamworks/executecf?modelID=1.&branchID =2063.. You can look up the PROCESS_ID and BRANCH_ID in LSW_PROCESS and LSW_BRANCH table to create the URL and access the CSHS. This method does not check for any exposure flag or archival flag so one can access any CSHS of the process app by querying the PROCESS_ID and BRANCH_ID. In related PMR, L2 team explains that the behavior (feature) is for testing purpose and one should query for the URL using REST API for non-dev purpose. But it will be nice to have the CSHS exposure behave similarly to the Heritage Human Service where the URL * work if the coach is exposed to Portal, Admin Console or URL * doesn't work for Task Service
