When opening the dashboard list via the Workplace app switcher, users cannot search, scroll, or view all available dashboards. Only a fixed, truncated list is shown with no indication that more exist.

When accessing the list of available dashboards via the app switcher (grid icon) in Workplace, it is not possible to search for a dashboard by name, nor to scroll through or confirm the full list of available dashboards. Only a limited, fixed number of items is displayed, with no indication of whether additional dashboards exist below the visible ones.

In Process Portal (legacy), the same user with the same permissions is able to:

  1. Search dashboards by text using the search field ("Enter search text...") in the "Dashboards" panel; and
  2. Expand the full list via "Show more/Show less" and scroll through all available dashboards.

Business Justification:
As organizations migrate from Process Portal to Workplace, feature parity is critical for user adoption. Without search and scroll capability, users with a large number of registered dashboards are unable to efficiently locate the dashboard they need, which negatively impacts productivity and slows down adoption of Workplace as the intended Process Portal replacement.

Requested Enhancement:
Add a search field and scroll/pagination (or "Show more") capability to the dashboard list within the Workplace app switcher, matching the existing functionality already available in Process Portal's "Dashboards" panel.
