When Case feature is the default feature for a desktop, 'Folder Filed In' document property should still be displayed in ICN browse feature.

This functionality is important for identifying documents that are not properly filed within the parent folder. Given that the workflow can be unpredictable at times, it provides a quick way for teams to locate and resolve document issues without needing deeper system intervention.

How it should work:

In Case Manager desktop (where the Case feature is set to default), access Browse feature and then browse to a folder.
Open the folder to see list of files
Right click on 1 file and select Properties.
In the Properties pane, select 'Folders Filed In'
This will display the Folder.
Click on the folder, it should show the properties for the folder.

We were told that the feature is removed due to this APAR PJ46233: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/PJ46233. This fix disables the properties panel in folders filed in to disallow editing of system properties for a case.

Since there is currently a workaround via ACCE, we would classify this as Low priority for enhancement. However, we do want to emphasize that this is not a net-new idea but rather a restoration of functionality that existed before and is valuable for operational stability
