Directly Support OAuth when invoking a REST service - in ON PREM BAW

Saw a similar request with this description:
Currently to use OAuth when invoking a REST service, you must use JavaScript as documented here: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/baw/23.x?topic=service-invoking-rest

It would be very useful to have OAuth directly supported like basic auth and API Key auth are supported.

And that was marked as "Delivered" with a comment "Delivered in 24.0.0.0". But when I queried with the IBM support person whether that meant I could just upgrade my 23.0.2 BAW to 25.0.0 which was the latest fix pack upgrade available that I should then be able to do this, his response was:
"I'm regret that the feature is only available for Cloud Pak for Business Automation rather than on-premises BAW. That means you still have to manually code the OAuth interaction and REST service invocation in JavaScript even though you have upgraded to BAW 25.0.0. "

So it's clearly false to have marked that as delivered in 24.0.0.0. As such, raising this again.

Hi Chris, the OAuth support is currently limited to the containerized workflow deployments. If that changes, we will update the idea. Thanks for submitting it!
