Improve the Get Next functionality

Scenario 1:

 

1. Case1 from default sorting order is opened by user in tab/browser1 leave it without processing

2. Case 2 is open in tab/browser2 and completed

 

Expected is, Case3 (Based on sorting priority. This can next case in queue or any new case with high priority which inserted newly in the queue based priority) will load in tab/browser2, and Case1 will available still in tab/browser

 

Scenario 2:

 

1. Case3, case4, case5 from default sorting order is opened by user in tab/browser1, Tab2, tab3 and leave it without processing

2. Case 4 is open in tab/browser4 and completed

Expected is, Case1 (Based on sorting priority. This can first case in queue or any new case with high priority which inserted newly in the queue based priority) will load in tab/browser4, and Case3,5 will still available in tab/browser.

 

And while processing cases, already open cases will not load in current tab.
