Enable BAW’s JSON parser to correctly interpret `0E+0` (scientific notation for zero) in external REST service responses.

When invoking REST services via OpenAPI, BAW fails to parse response fields that return the value `0E+0`. The parser attempts to coerce it into a Long (integer), which Java does not accept in scientific notation, leading to a `NumberFormatException` and ultimately a `JSONResponseFormatErrorException`. Other scientific notation values such as `2.6E+6` are parsed successfully when mapped to Decimal, so the limitation is specific to `0E+0`.

    Workaround is to the external service to return a proper integer 0 instead of 0E+0 when the schema defines the field as an integer

    or

    fix the schema in BAW from integer type to number type and map this field to a decimal variable in your BAW coach/service. The decimal type can successfully parse 0E+0. If you need it as a whole number later in your process, you can then safely convert the decimal value to a "long" inside BAW after it has been successfully parsed.
