Bulk creation / edit of article - Each article triggers a flow

Similar to transaction systesms (like bank), where they allow us to download a template, fill the template with details for multiple transactions and upload in one go. This ends up triggering multiple transactions. 
The customer is using BAW for process, where they trigger 100-300 flows daily. They would like to be able to upload a batch of articles to trigger the flow rather than doing it one at a time.

Simlarly if they can edit a batch of articles (for example: a particular attribute needs to be changed for a set of articles), they would be able to perform the task as a batch.
