Add support for MS SQL Server and/or AWS RDS for Business Automation Workflow (BAW) on Containers (not CP4BA).

We are an IBM partner, and our long-term IBM Case Management Federal customer is migrating from IBM Case Manager on a Linux environment to Containers on AWS.  The backend database is MS SQL Server.  Currently, BAW on Containers does not support MS SQL Server but a new (Full BAW) recently was engineered to Support MS SQL Server.  We are asking that IBM engineering consider supporting AWS Containerized BAW with MS SQL Server.

The long term-goal is to migrate the existing ICM traditional environment to BAW containers in AWS Kubernetes. (The existing environment uses MS SQL Server).  Migrating to a new enterprise database supported by the Federal customer is currently very difficult.  We added a question to a previous regarding this support, but it has only been deployed to CP4BA.

The customer does not need the full BAW capabilities in CP4BA, only the Case Management software.
