Currently, the federated tasks list for work or any saved search is refreshed periodically (default: 60 seconds). This behavior is causing confusion for customers, as they are unsure whether their tasks are being completed until they manually refresh. This issue is further compounded when multiple team members work on the same team.
Can we add an enhancement for the federated portal to refresh work and saved searches based on specific events (e.g., new tasks being added to the list, tasks being claimed, and due dates of tasks being changed), similar to the traditional process portal.

Hi Swamy, thanks for submitting the idea. We have introduced Workplace for PFS which connects to a notification server and refreshes the task list based on events such as task assignments or updates. I would recommend checking it out instead of using Portal as a part of your modernization efforts.
