PFS saved search to support TWSearch JS API

Client is running on BAW on premise. They have TWSearch JS API in applications, and users are using saved search in Process Portal. The problem is, client gets saved search query performance issue in PROD from time to time, and they have big runtime data in the database. So they are being challenged to keep the big runtime data with poor performance or decrease the runtime data for better saved search performance.

Currently PFS saved search only helps the saved search REST API, not the TWSearch JS API. We are looking forward TWSearch JS API to be supported by PFS saved search, then client can choose PFS saved search for better performance when they have big runtime data.
