Field Validation required enhancement on Plain-Text contro

Plain text display error even after correcting the value with valid data.

Scenario:

  1.  If a text field already has a pre-populated value.
  2. The user clicks on the text field and enters an invalid input that does not match the defined regular expression.
  3. The system highlights the field with red lines and reverts the text field to its previous value.
  4. If the user deletes the displayed value and re-enters the same invalid input, the system will again highlight the field with red lines and display the error message.

Steps to re-produce the error:

  1. Create a CSHS (Client-Side Human Service) and add a "Plain Text" control, then bind it to a variable.
  2. Navigate to Configuration -> Behavior, and add a regular expression (e.g., ^([a-zA-Z0-9]+)$).
  3. Run the CSHS.
  4. Enter a valid value, such as '12', in the field and move focus out of the field.
  5. Enter an invalid value, such as '#', into the field. The field will be highlighted in red with the error message "Invalid Format or Content," and the previous valid value ('12') will reappear in the field.
  6. Delete part or all of the value ('2' or '12') and re-enter '12' without moving focus out of the field.
  7. The field will still be highlighted with the error message, even though the value is valid.

Reason for this behaviour:

"The on-change event is not fired when the new text typed is equal to the previous text saved in to the input field's value"

Please find additional details in the attached PMR request.
