Provide a new tool for Building, Creating and maintaining the Custom Query table

We have several BPEL Processes in which we implemented the standard functionality of the query tables.

We always used the procedure described in the documentation of the IBM Business Automation Workflow and before for BPM and WPS:

Creating query tables for Business Process Choreographer Explorer - IBM Documentation
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/baw/22.x?topic=choreographer-creating-query-tables-business-process-explorer

that indicates to download the

PA71: Business Process Manager Advanced - Query Table Builder

that it is available at:

PA71: Business Process Manager Advanced - Query Table Builder
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/576275

Unfortunately, as stated at the bottom of the page:

Service is available for this SupportPac as long as the WebSphere Process Manager v7.0 product is in service.

As WPS is not supported anymore, also the SupportPac containing the Query Table Builder is end of support.

We need a way to maintain our query tables running in production and being able to create new ones as we need, using a supported tool or procedure.

Without the Query Table Builder, we cannot create or maintain custom queries; therefore, this tool is essential for us.
