Group & Individual Tasks Email Notification

Hi Team,



All Users in the group getting email when a Group Task is created, is causing a lot of emails that Cornerstone users do not need to receive. This seem like a product feature, but there is an ask to see whether we can limit the emails only when the Task is assigned.



In individual tasks this is already working fine, but in Group Tasks could we have the email generated only when a user claims the group task and assigns.



Can you please help us with above requirement.

    Hi Swapnil, thank you for submitting the idea. When a person claims a task, they don't need to be notified via email. The group notifications exist so that someone from the group can claim the task but I agree that a setting to disable group task notifications could be useful. We will add this to our list of features for future consideration but dont have a timeline on when this will be delivered.
