BPCE, among many customers, uses K-now - Knowmore product (https://www.knowmore365.com/en/solutions/k-now/) that offers real-time contextual guidance for easy digital adoption and enhanced user experience on their applications.
This REF is a request to authorize and support the K-now product integration in CP4BA, and more specifically in BAW to insure acceleration of deployment of CP4BA through this integration with CP4BA. Currently this is not possible as evidenced in TS016697676.
Here are the prerequisites imposed by the K-now product:
· A script must be called after a page is fully loaded, calling a k-now URL that will load the configured guidance for the application.
· In the CSP headers, the addresses of the K-NOW need to be added to the \"default\", \"img\" and \"font\" directives.
· The \"connect\" directive must contain the server address with https:// and wss:// protocols
To satisfy those conditions, the CP4BA CR has been updated and the K-now URL have been added to the Content Security Policy

content_security_policy_additional_origins:
- 'ws://:*'
- 'wss://:*'
But in order to have the integration, it still have to fulfill following requirements:
· Add the URL of the K-NOW server to the \"img\" directive and \"font\" directive.
· Add the K-NOW tag to all pages of the application.
· BPM uses iframes, and the K-NOW tag is only inserted in the \"top\" frame (the one whose element has the class \"tundra\"). K-NOW is not injected into the sub-frames (those whose element has the class \"spark-ui\").
